When we have the necessary patterns, your spinner is delivered assembled, balanced, and ready to paint and install on your aircraft. If we do not have the pattern for your particular application, the spinner is sent out assembled, balanced, and with easy to follow instructions for cutting the blade openings. Sizes shown are nominal. Exact length and diameter will depend upon your particular installation.

8 inch spinner

The 8" spinner works well on the IVO Patriot, GSC, and the Warp Drive machined. For the former two, the spinner hides the hub and only the blades protrude. For the Warp Drive machined shown here, the openings must be cut out square to accommodate the ends of the hub.

Dimensions (inches): W 8.375 x L 6.875 x D 2.375

9 inch spinner

Our most popular spinner for the IVO Patriot and GSC Systems props. Once again, this one has had the openings cut out to accommodate the Warp Drive hub. This is also used for many other applications.

Dimensions (inches):
W 9.125 x L 8.75 x D 1.75 XD up to 4"

The "9P" spinner is a longer version of the 9". The one shown here is for the GSC I.F.A. (In Flight Adjustable). It can also be used for all 9" applications where a longer, more pointed spinner is desired.

Dimensions (inches):
W 9.0 x L 12.5 x D up to 3.125

9P spinner

10 inch spinner

The 10" spinner, (shown here un-cut) covers the Warp Drive hub so only the round openings for the blades are cut. It also has and "XD" version used for Power Fin, Sensenich, McCauley, and many others. Shown below is a 10" extended cut for an IVO mid-size 2 blade.

Dimensions (inches):
W 10.375 x L 10.125 x D 2.125 XD up to 3.5"

Extended Cut
W 10.5 x L 11.25 x D 3.375 XD up to 4.5"

11 inch spinner

The 11" spinner is used for basically the same applications as the 10", it's just a little larger. The one shown here has been cut out for a Warp Drive installation.

Dimensions (inches):
W 11.25 x L 10.625 x D 2.5

11.5 inch spinner

If you like it a little more pointed, try this 11.5" spinner. This particular one is set up with the back plate in the rear. If you have a gap between the prop flange and the front of the cowl, in most cases we can fill the gap by placing the mounting plate on the rear of the prop and extending the back plate (which in this case it really is!) to cover the gap. The spinner shown at left was made up for a Sensenich on a Lycoming 0320.

Dimensions (inches):
W 11.5 x L 11.5 x D Variable

12 inch spinner

The 12" spinner is rounded more than most of the others. It is used in many applications for Lycoming as it covers up the large ring gear visible in most cases through the front of the cowl.

If you like it a little more pointed, try our 11.5" spinner shown above.

Dimensions (inches):
W 12.125 x L 13.0 x D 3.25 XD 4"+

13 inch spinner

The 13" spinner, shown here in its un-cut state, can also be made up to cover various situations

Dimensions (inches):
W 13.375 x L 12.25 x D Variable

14 inch spinner

The 14", our largest spinner, was originally designed to cover the Warp Drive four blade hub. The one shown here has been cut for that application.

Dimensions (inches):
W 14 x L 15.125 x D 3.125

The spinners shown are the "standard" line we produce. However, we can also adapt to cover situations in addition to those shown. There are very few applications to which we cannot fit a spinner.
